HORUS is owned and operated by Nano Ventures, LLC (“Horus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through HORUS forms, websites, Facebook lead forms, Instagram lead forms, and related marketing channels.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you submit a HORUS form or application, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, agency name, state, approximate monthly internet lead spend, lead vendors currently used, responses about your interest in HORUS, beta access, or Founding Agent access, and any other information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, dates of birth, policy numbers, claim numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or any other customer personally identifiable information.

METADATA FROM META

If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, Meta may provide us with additional technical and advertising-related information, which may include Facebook user ID, ad ID, campaign name, form ID, submission timestamp, device type, IP address, and other information made available through Meta’s lead form tools.

We use this information to measure advertising performance, understand where applications are coming from, and improve our marketing and application review process.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information you provide to review your Founding Agent or beta access application, contact you about HORUS by email, phone, or text message, send product updates and launch updates, improve our website, advertising, and application process, understand demand and market interest, and comply with applicable legal, business, or security requirements.

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you using the information you provide. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information to lead vendors or third parties.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate HORUS, manage forms, send communications, host our website, analyze marketing performance, or support our business operations. These providers are only permitted to use the information as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of HORUS, Nano Ventures, LLC, our users, or others.

FOUNDING AGENT PROGRAM

Participation as a Founding Agent, beta user, or early-access user may require agreement to additional terms, which may include a Terms of Service, Product Evaluation Agreement, confidentiality terms, non-use provisions, or other legal documents.

If you are selected for beta or Founding Agent access, additional details will be provided before participation begins.

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Please do not submit sensitive customer information, confidential carrier information, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive data through our forms.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

DATA RETENTION
